Identification: Infrared Specturm Consistent with standard spectrum.
Properties: This product is white to off-white crystalline powder.
Loss On drying: Take this product, dry at 105℃ to constant weight, weight loss shall not exceed 0.50% (Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 edition Appendix Ⅷ L).
Residue on ignition: Take 1.0g of this product, check according to law (Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 Edition Appendix Ⅷ N), the remaining residue shall not exceed 0.30%.
Assay: Take about 100mg of this product, weigh it accurately, add 1.8% mercuric acetate solution 50ml to dissolve it, titrate with perchloric acid titration solution (0.1mol/L) according to potentiometric titration method (Appendix VII A, 2005 Edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia), and correct the titration result with blank test solution. Each 1ml of perchloric acid titrant (0.1mol/L) is equivalent to 16.163mg of C7H12ClNO. According to the dry product, the content of C7H12ClNO should be 98.0%-101.0%.
Note: The calibration of perchloric acid titrant (0.1mol/L) was dried at 105℃ to constant weight of the reference potassium hydrogen phthalate about 100mg, precision weighing, adding 1.8% mercury acetate solution 50ml acetic acid to dissolve, potentiometric titration method (Appendix VII A, 2005 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia), Titration with perchloric acid titration solution (0.1mol/L), and the titration results were corrected by blank test. Each 1ml of perchloric acid titrant (0.1mol/L) is equivalent to 20.42mg of potassium hydrogen phthalate. According to the consumption of the liquid and the amount of potassium hydrogen phthalate, the concentration of the liquid is calculated.
